Frequently asked questions
Who will I deal with?
We aim to give you one point of contact for your project, so you do not have to chase several suppliers.
Do I have to start with an assessment?
No. If you know what you need we will quote straight away. An assessment helps when you have a problem and do not yet know the answer.
What about payment?
Scope, price and payment terms are agreed in the quotation before work starts.
Tell us about your water system
Whether you know the pump you need or only know something is wrong, we will help you find the right next step.
